TV didnt work. Staff tried to figure it out. Staff was friendly

No continental breakfast as advertised. No coffee. Only stayed there because in was close to our relative. We won’t stay there again in future visits.

The hotel had a boiler out when I was there. The microwave that was in my room wasn't working but it was replaced there was no trash can in the room but they did bring one

Great value if you get the right staff members Great place and i come back whenever i visit the woodlands area. This time was great as well, i had a little gripe with one of the staff (called when i still had 2 days left asking me if i was sill in the room and made me go to the office and pay for the extra internet (of which i did use but expected to pay after stay) the same indevidual was always a bit cold. Rest of staff were great and i will be looking forward to a return trip in the future

woman traveling alone - parking area was well lit room smaller than expected and barely comfortable

Good for a night stay only Elevator wasnt clean.. noisy residents...dark parking lot.. customer service to bare minimum.. no breakfast details..
