A bit rundown but overall was good for the price
The staff is very kind

The clerk Legasie was very nice and understanding when I told her about the condition of the room and she resolved the issue.

The outside near the smoking area seemed a bit run down but I loved the easy access to interstate 45 and loop 99 in houston. :-) very friendly person at the check in.
