I was booking a room for my friends, when they come to check in and they won’t let my friends get into the room. I was asking for a refund but i didn’t see the refund at all. What a bad service

Expedia overbooked the hotel. So we paid for rooms that were not available. We expected a room and di not have one.

Worst hotel i have stayed in The TV barely worked. The floors were sticky. There was several cockroaches. The bathroom handle fell off. The front door you had to fight open. The whole room had a funky smell.

No power hotel When we got to hotel it had no power. People all sitting outside with doors open. Most were drinking with loud music. No lights in parking lot. Did not seem safe so we just left without stopping. Lost my money on that one and paid for another hotel down the road.
