My room had roaches.

No te hospedes aquí porque te van a robar Me alojé en el Extended Stay el 7 de diciembre por un viaje de negocios. Le dije a la recepcionista que volvería a las 12 para mis cosas y ella dijo que estaba bien. Cuando regresé, mis cosas no estaban. Un nuevo recepcionista los había llevado al lobby. Lo cual ni siquiera es legal. Cuando llegué allí, descubrí que había revisado mis cosas. Me faltaban un par de jeans y el cargador de mi iPhone. ¡NUNCA TE HOSPEDES AQUÍ A MENOS QUE QUIERA SER ROBADO!

Unsatisfied customer I tried to check in to a room that I already paid for. But was told no rooms available

Pésimo servicio, hice una reservación 5 días antes con una habitación de dos camas y cuando fui me dijeron que no habían disponibles… me quería cobrar 20$ por llegar minutos antes y además el servicio dice que incluye desayuno y ni eso lo dieron. Le venden publicidad falsa a los clientes

Everything was horrible had to stay up until 4 am with the night guard because they’re weren’t any employees around after I’d checked in they gave my room away

I found two cockroaches, in the reservation said I would be entitled to breakfast and the next day the employee told me I wouldn't have it!

The guy at the desk tried to get me ck in early for my daughter wedding !!! Got the first room open the door weed and other people stuff was there no phone to call front desk had to use cell.. then he got me a clean room ..so went off to wedding then I returned and shift change and the guy at desk told me we had to walk the stairs to the 3 floor.. then went to bed to wake at 7am someone trying to get in room well me and wife was sleeping !!
