Pissie room The room smelled like urine not worth the money paid.. Disappointed, but at least the customer service was friendly.

Did not feel safe at all. There was never a front desk worker after midnight. Pretty much anyone could get into the hotel.

Worst Free Btreakfast Ever Hotel is in disrepair. First extended stay hotel I stayed in with no plates, forks, etc. "Free Breakfast" was a store bought muffin.

night mare of life they changed my location without notice came to know last day when I call to confirm they never took time to inform me. Even expedia didn't inform us when I called Expedia they told me they cannot do anything because its out of their hand Even in new location the room was very dirty & smelling bad I start vomiting it took them 3 hr to change the room

Has been a while since it was nice Very low budget maintenance program is evident in the overall condition of the room; from the loose and severely wrinkled carpets, missing light and receptacle plates, the wobbly chair, table and desk, and the painted particle board counter tops just to name a few.

Not Satisfied Bathroom was very dirty..Room was incorrectly mentioned in the computer.. Locked out at 11:30 PM and had to spend 20 mins to sort it out as they had incorrect room number in their records. No glass for water in the room.

nightmare This was a very bad experience for me I stay five nights first two were passable but since the first night I told the fron desk associated that my ac unit was not working well and this been houston they should be working properly .well that was not the case at some point on my third night it stop blowing cold air and started blowing warm hair I wake up drenched in sweet. Horrible Staff My husband and I called ahead to see if we could have an envelope from work delivered there. The desk clerk at the time said they accepted mail for guests all the time and it would be no trouble. The following morning when we went to retrieve our envelope the desk clerk said it never arrived. We called USPS and they said that the desk clerk had denied to accept the mail.
