Unclean hotel We stayed on the thitd floor. The hallway had half of the carpet and tile missing and the wall had plaster missing. The bed felt like we were sleeping on concrete. It was very hard. The room was very unclean. The toilet had fecal residue in it. It looked like the toilet hadn't been clean since the hotel was built. The refrigerator was dirty. The ice trays were filthy.

Disappointing Stay The hotel was far away from everything but the airport. Even then, it was farther away from the airport than just about any other airport hotel. The room seemed fairly nice and looked to be recently updated. Then I noticed large amounts of hair in the corners of the bathroom...long, black hair. Hotel in Indy The hotel was on the middle of nowhere and very difficult to find. The room was trashy and filthy. The bed was horribly uncomfortable.

Not a good place to stay The hotel is old and you don't get what you pay for.
Not over the top! Kind of a barebones room- but totally acceptable. Clean; comfortable bed; skimpy on the breakfast... Great cost!
awful the worst ever. no ice machines. no shampoo in the room. no trash cans in the room.

I want refound No Breakfast include. They open a closet at the in the lobby with apple and a coffee cup. That is the breakfast. No tables no nothing. Take your apple and coffee and go to the room. No room cleaning. Terrible staff.
Vehicle problem. District manager tried to have my truck towed without checking to see if it belonged to a guest.
rooms unprepared! While checking into our room, we noticed the door was left ajar. after entering, we realized there was no phone in the room. we had put a request for a wake up call. we went back down to the lobby and let staff know, and they brought us a phone. we then discovered we had NO towels in the room, and also no tv channel guide. we feel this room was not prepared for guests and wonder what else was "not done" to clean and prepare the room occupants
