Avoid this location Several problems at this location. No ice machine and they had NO ice cube trays so we had to go and buy some. Room didn't have the amenities that were supposed to be there, it took several trips to the front desk to obtain dishes, a coffee pot, hair dryer, hangers etc. Two excellent employees were Kate and Cody who helped us quite a bit and the housekeeper Angel finally found us a coffee pot after two days. Hotel had the reservation but no rooms... The Hotel had our reservation but did not have any rooms available and did not offer any help...!

Very Dissapointing I stayed there last year several times, and now I've notice they took all the nice conveniences (reclining chair in the room, plates, utensils, cooking pots, etc). that it used to have. They even put the wrong refrigerator in the room that will open in the opposite direction hitting the entrance door... There was not even a plastic disposable glass to drink some water in the bathroom...
Very disappointed! When we arrived in our room it smelled very strong of cigarette smoke and the window was open. I tried calling the front desk and there was no answer. I went to the front desk and requested a smoke free room. She said all of our rooms are smoke free. I explained the condition of our room. She offered me a air freshener. I said no I have asthma and I can not sleep in a room that smells that strongly of smoke. So she very reluctantly gave us another room. not recommended I've used this hotel twice during december. The heater is awful, it takes too long to warm up the room, it's very nosy and it pumps so much air that you end up with very dry nose and mouth. Rooms are not clean. The trasch cans were still full from the last customer. There was green ham in the fridge. Water from the faucet tastes like dirt. Shuttle from the airport took 1 hour the first time. The second time, after waiting 50 minutes I decided to take a cab. If you are on a very tight budget, then book it. ... read more

Smoke hut Terrible non smoking room, to me smoje hut. Nothing know ice machine no cups coffee or paper. Wouldn't stay here. Had a kitchen whooop ieeee
stains on bed I told the manager that there were stains on the bed so she checks the room and says yes those are stains but they are from the soap they use to wash all the linen. I say how do u know they are soap stains? She says yes you are right we do not know for sure. I just thought to myself how would you like it if stains are on the bed when you first walk into a hotel room you just paid for?
Very rude staff, not worth the frustration :-( Omg worst hotel stay ever. General manager TAMMY was extremely rude and basically kicked us out of the motel in the morning. We came for a 2 night stay with our dog. Previous to booking i called in asking about pet policies, and the only thing I was told was extra $25. Ok, so I check in with a dog at night, everything's good. Dirty bed sheets Bed sheets are too dirty. They have not change them. It looks good from thr outside, i would recommend another motel
