Overcharged on Visa card. Pre paid through Expedia. Upon arrival staff requested a $100 charge on my Visa card, which is normal. When leaving I asked for the charged to be credited back to my card. The office person confidently assured me that a charge was not processed and that no credit was required. Now that I am back in New Zealand I see a charge for $100USD on my card. It's plain old fashioned dishonesty.
Poor Disappointed in the service of this facility. No room cleaning for four days. Bath tub did not drain properly so was filthy from normal use. Asked several times to have room cleaned and each day nothing. Was told no maintenance man till Tuesday due to holiday long weekend. No offer of a new room. Overall will not stay here again.
Might as well stay at a motel I've stayed at many hotels and even an extended stay but this facility did not meet the expectations of cleanliness or comfort. The first room they put me in had dirty linens on the bed and smelled bad. The room was dark and felt very outdated. I requested to move rooms and while the lines seemed clean, the room still smelled and felt cheap. I'm not one to write reviews but I felt it necessary to share this experience.

I called Expedia prior to booking and asked if this hotel had shuttle service to the Indy airport and the representative told me yes so I booked. It in fact does not have shuttle service to the Indy airport. Also my wife went to the front desk to ask for a blow dryer and none was available. I will not book this hotel again and I don't appreciate misinformation given by an Expedia representative.

Near airport No shuttle service from the hotel, it is minimum served hotel. Don't expect much. Even the front desk/lobby are very small and no sitting area. Will not stay again for sure.
Not Prepared I booked a total of 8 rooms through Expedia for a small business trip. No where was I warned that there was a charge per room for housekeeping. When my group arrived, not all of their rooms were available. I was up late trying to get these issues taken care of. The next day, I called and asked to speak to a manager. You get what you pay for Despite the no smoking signs the room reeked of cigarettes, complete with cigarette burns on the carpet. There was a leftover noodle in the sink. The room was adequate but not very clean. Suitable if your flight is cancelled and you don't want to sleep on the airport floor.
