Basic Room, Awesome staff This is a bare bones type hotel which is what was expected. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. I asked for a vacuum to run over my floor when I had been there a few days and it was up in my room in 15 minutes as well as the dishes to stock the kitchen. Just super people.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were cheap. The continental breakfast was pitiful.

Unfriendly but ok stay I called ahead to be sure my pre-paid room would be held for a very late after a concert check-in. The person was rude on the phone as if I was bothering him! The room was held and from there out the stay was ok. The front desk people definitively need to work on hospitality skills. No smiles , no nothing.

Disappointing stay The location of this property is quite good and convenient. The toilet would not flush well (it was backing up). The hotel personnel (front desk and the manager on duty), basically told us that since it is a weekend they have no maintenance people on the property. they would not be able to give us any other room because of the toilet situation. Nice, clean hotel A good place to stay for a short or extended stay. Great size room with refrigerator, two burner cooktop, and microwave. Quiet and clean.
