Noisy patrons We had to change rooms as first room smelled of a dog and had dirt on carpet Second room was OK but upstairs guests were jumping up and down causing lots of noise past 11:00pm Called down to desk twice to complain and they were finally quiet after midnight

The hotel room was clean for the most part, although I did notice a few minor stains here and there. Staff was nice and friendly. I would say a pretty good deal for the price.

The reservation desk was poorly staffed with employees who didn’t have customer service skills or an understanding of how a 3rd party reservation works. (Expedia)
