Advertises breakfast..we were told it was a grab and go. We were there 2 nights never saw anything! Staff was pleasant.

The hotel definitely needs some updating. The door on our room had to physically be lifted up in order to lock the deadbolt. There were ants crawling around on the bathroom sink. The bed was super uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel. was overbooked. Apparently, corporate did not close out bookings from booking services resulting in multiple sales of sold out rooms. At least 15-20 people were turned away that had reservations!! We were lucky and received the last room. I will say the staff at the hotel was excellent and handled an awful situation very well.

hotel was overbooked,one employee only,not enough towels,pillows,soap,no customer service rang the phone 5 times for help,no answer,when i went downstairs there was a big line of angry people do to overbooking,only one employee to help,for breakfast they stopped serving half hour before the closing time.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY Didn't get to checkin because they made it such of a hassle. Full of hidden policies and fees. Went somewhere else instead and luckily got a room. Almost had no place to sleep.

I booked a suite for 6 people and when we arrived late after a long day at an event the staff was friendly but the room was not at all what we expected. The sofa bed that was suppose to sleep 2 was broken and there was no bedding. The room also had no cups, no coffee maker, ice bucket, or soaps, only towels. Because it was late and we were exhausted we just took blankets and pillows off the beds so the kids had something to sleep with. Terrible customer service Facility and amenities were about what you would expect for the price. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I paid in full at the time of booking but the front desk clerk insisted he needed a card for incidentals "in case you pull a Led Zeppelin and trash the room". He swiped my debit card and placed a $58.23 authorization hold on my account. No problem, I figured. The hold will be released within a day or two after I check out. Wrong. Bad experience The mattress had a blood stain on it, no microwavery in the room. I had to go to the front desk for clean linen. This was overall horrible.
