Staff was friendly and helpful and did try to make stay there tolerable. .....The room i had for four days did not have a microwave as was told it would. THE Halls wreaked of cigarettes as its a non smoking hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke. Had a few protein bars, had a few packaged muffins and coffee. That was ALL !!! I was led to believe it had a normal Continental breakfast as other hotels. It really was Pathetic. There was a daily old White bus filled with Mexicans park behind the hotel behind the pool. Dirty, misleading, mouse in pool. We got to the hotel around 1am.Smelled like weed the second we got off the elevator.There were no trash cans in the room.Dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower. Hair on the toilet.The microwave and fridge were dirty, and microwave had no plate.My husband went to the desk to speak with someone and stood there for 10 minutes and no one showed up.The air conditioner was so loud it startled you awake every time it turned back on,all night long.The “continental” breakfast was coffee, tea bags, ... read more

Better choices than this, don't waste money here! I try to give every hotel a fair shake and find the positive, but this one left very little positive. Came in later in the evening and saw a sign to call when checking in after 10. I called, and called, and called. Nothing. Finally called the main number for the hotel chain and they said they couldn't help me, I had to continue trying to call the location I was at directly. When we arrived later in the evening, there was an "up roar" about no towels in the building. Apparently all of the towels had been used up in the pool area and the workers could not get towels to anyone for a couple of hours? I really was surprised there was not an ice machine. I was told by the staff that there are 2 empty trays in the refrigerator in the room and we could make our own. Do you know how long it takes to make ice from 2 trays to fill a cooler?

I will never stay there again. No remote for the tv until I called the front desk and had to go there and try 4 remotes before I could get them to work. My daughters had a track met and after being at the met and running for over 8 hours the shower drain did not work therefore if you wanted to take a shower you would have to stand in the filthy tub that would not drain the water. Customer service was disgusting!!!

Nice Hotel Bad Checkin Clerk So when I went to the hotel, it looked gorgeous. However I was unable to stay due to being to not being 21 Which is understandable; however the lady who was checking guests in misplaced my drivers license and took 20 minutes to find it. When dealing with peoples ID’s it should be stressed to hand back ID’s. She also didn’t seem to care and was quite rude and kept on insisting that she handed it back. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Dissapointed! We had 2 adults and 4 kids with us. We were not told how to get to our room and there were no signs saying which direction the room was. When we got to our room there were not enough towels to accommodate all of us. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The phone in the room wasn't working so we had to go down to the desk to get bedding. The desk was not attended and there was a sign saying they were helping other guests and they would be back soon.
