The girl at check-in acted like I was bothering her at work. Our room was very unclean. The bathroom trash had not been removed from the previous guests. After a long day, a shower would have been nice, but the water pressure was terrible. Literally dripping out. As the parent of a student, I was hoping this would be a nice place to stay while visiting her over the weekends. When we complained, all the attendant said was “Well sorry” in a sarcastic tone. Very disappointed.

Unsatisfactory Staff at the desk was great. But when it comes to the rooms . It was very unsatisfying. Towels was not not clean and there were used condom wrappers inside the vent of air unit . Bath tub wasnt working to take a shower.

Disappointed! Check in was a disaster. No record of stay. Room well worn. Continental breakfast included coffee and wrapped muffins only. REALLY??

Disgusting Disgusting. Overall weird smell. Unclean feeing. Toilet had poop around the bowl. Shower tiles were literally duct taped to the wall. Didn’t want to fall asleep. I wish I could have just left, but it was non refundable. Hated every minute. I feel scammed by Hotels.com, because I am paying TWICE the rates available upon check-in.

Can’t imagine an extended stay at this location The room had many issues. No coffee pot, no flatware, nothing tin the room that would ever make you want to have an extended stay. No ice maker at hotel, room smelled horrible, one AC didn’t work and only had bug traps in it. Tvs were fuzzy, the list goes on and on

Stay somewhere else!!!! Stayed at this location on Sat night before Indy500....Hotel took advantage of constrained lodging situation and charged $275 for the night. It would have been very poor value at their normal @$80/night charge. Normally, I am pretty easy-going when staying at a hotel, but from start to finish, this hotel disappointed. Room was fine. My issue was with the loud noises late into the evening/early morning from other guests and resulting lack of sleep. Yelling in the foyer area traveled all the way down the hallway. Lack of staffing at the desk likely allowed it to continue. There was no one at the desk when I left so I could not discuss it when I left. We travel this way often but won't stay again. Rather pay more so that guests are held accountable and we get the sleep needed for cross country trips.

I did not check into this hotel when I arrived they told me they have my room ready when I checked my bedding they told me they did not have double beds and they tried to put me and three teenagers into a sleeping sofa queen size bed so I cancelled and I went across the street and got a room. I should not have beearked for check in, because I ever did
