The worst experience I’ve ever had when staying at a hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to none of my friends and family.

I thought coming into the hotel there was a funny odor that was very unpleasant, cannot describe. When we went out on Saturday we returned to our rooms being locked. We had to go to the front counter which stated we had to call a number. Not much later an employee came through a door, pointed at the sign and then said, "Oh that happens sometimes." Which that should not ever happen if my room has been paid for before getting in the room. The bed was horrible hard and uncomfortable with only three not so comfortable pillows. I... read more

THE SHOWER-BATH DID NOT WORK AND NO ONE AVAILABLE TO FIX IT

Terrible! We will never stay there again! Should be shut down! Absolutely FILTHY!! Blood on the sofa mattress, used bars of soap left out, dirt on the floor of the bathtub, no towels or dishes, smells like smoke, dogs barking, main desk was unstaffed for periods of time, on the go breakfast was a JOKE!

No utensils in the kitchen. No maid service. There was trash in the trashcan when we got to the room.

The room was decent , but kitchen chairs dirty, and dishes and other amenities not in room had to ask, and we were told we just got to last set of dishes . But worst of all we asked for towels several times during our second day and we were told they were being washed late evening an some would be set aside for us we returned at 12a and staff said no towels were set aside or available but we could use pool towels, also we asked for a 30min courtesy for our 11a checkout and we were denied, l will never stay at an extended sta... read more
