Dated My trash can was full when I checked in and the room smelled. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, the hotel desk clerk said she couldn’t do anything about it and handed me a trash bag. She said she was the only one there and couldn’t get the trash cleaned out of my room and I would have to do it myself.

Breakfast was disappointing and wifi was sketchy.

Dirty Hotel with unfriendly staff We checked into our room to have dirty sheets no towels, no toilet paper and food in the sink. The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there and said they were embarrassed to work there. They didn't have clean towels because everything was dirty.

For starters our room had no heat nor ac for the first night.. I witnessses towels laying in the hallway for over 8 hours there was just not a lot of supervision nor cleanliness at this hotel and I most likely will not be staying again

Very Disappointed First off I don’t stay in hotels that often. So maybe I have high expectations. At the last minute we choose this hotel/inn/apartment for my son soccer tournament, what a mistake. Hotel grounds not cleaned. Homeless people hanging out in the lobby. Rooms dirty. Receptionist was emotionless. She act like I owe her money, she missed her calling working for a collection agency. Very dirty There was hair in the shower and on the floor. There was trash on the floor. It looked like the floors they had not been cleaned in a while. Took the hotel staff 45 minutes to bring up bedding for the pull out bed. (She told us at check in she would bring it up so we did not have to wait on it)

No coffee pot in our kitchen ! The bedroom was NOT separated from living room area. We went down several times for free cup of coffee never had any nor would they make any !! Pathetic people above our room super noisy at 4am jumping up and down sounded like tornado up there ridiculous no peace at all!!!! No salt provided on sidewalks after snow mY son fell !!!!!!!
