With a late check-in due to another place cancelling my request last minute, they were welcoming and accommodating!
What I liked was that you could ask for anything extra, in which the staff would be happy to provide, and there were amenities such as laundry and vending machines that worked well, on the other hand, it doesn't seem too clean (not the worst either) and I strongly advise using a car if you want to book here as it is in one of those car-heavy locations unlike Downtown indy
