The issues i had with the stay was the 100.00 dollars i had to pay even though it was giving back at the end of my stay also having 3 guest with two sets of towels being giving the room they gave me a handy cap room with one computer chair to sit in ,but i can say the ppl were niceat the front desk. I was told to call the hotel before my stay to see what there policies were .

I enjoyed the evening/night staff. They were great with excellent customer service. I also was impressed by the size of the room and the amenities in the room.
I can't remember the front desk person's name but he usual works evening. He did an outstanding job. The lobby became busy at one point and he handled each desk individually and met there needs. He was super nice to a lady that kept wanting to socialize with him when he had a lobby full of guest. He wasn't rude once and read the room well.

I love the place. I would tell people to come an stay here. A home away from home..Staff are wonderful.
A lot of the property was not in great shape. Trash in the lot and in front of the doors. Skeleton crew did the best they could to keep up. Guest next door had a barking dog most of the time we were there.

The outside needed cleaned up. All the trash cans were overflowing and trash had fallen to the ground and making a mess. For a hotel that says it was smoke free the hallways definitely smelled like smoke and even the room had a hint of cigarette smoke. The room was not over powering but the hallway definitely was!!
