I had originally booked at another hotel. The grounds at the other were deplorable and the building facade was worse. I didn’t even get out of the car. I found Extended Stay and was able to book in a moments notice. I arrived and the staff was very courteous and the room was excellent. Will stay again in the future.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We liked the full size refrigerator. The room left much to be desired. We found trash under the bed and next to the refrigerator. On our first night, people were congregated in front of the hotel.

Room is fine. Fire alarm is pulled and was left on for an hour. Also, random people just hang around at night in back parking lot.

Working away from home My room was upgraded in which I was thankful for that but didn’t feel that was fair that I had a room specifically reserved but it was given to someone else but anyhow my stay was decent and quiet until the headboard fixture fell into the bed and had to wait 24 hrs to get it fixed. Definitely didn’t appreciate that. It was heavy and told to place in the closet. It was fixed but it shouldn’t had to propped up against the wall for it to fall on me.
