The lady from the counter made me wait a long time to give me my room, because she did not know how the offers in Expedia work. Also, the room was not very clean. I found two small cockroaches in the bathroom. There was a repulsive smell in the elevator. I can’t say I received what I paid, because I have stayed in cheaper places, but they were a lot cleaner.

I had originally booked at another hotel. The grounds at the other were deplorable and the building facade was worse. I didn’t even get out of the car. I found Extended Stay and was able to book in a moments notice. I arrived and the staff was very courteous and the room was excellent. Will stay again in the future.
