The outside needed cleaned up. All the trash cans were overflowing and trash had fallen to the ground and making a mess. For a hotel that says it was smoke free the hallways definitely smelled like smoke and even the room had a hint of cigarette smoke. The room was not over powering but the hallway definitely was!!

Night shift lady was no where to be found multiple times. Many times found people waiting to check in. No breakfast options. And rooms didnt have the dishes and things in them. Room was mostly clean and bed was confortable.

They have roaches that was it for my family.

I like that it has a full kitchen in every room. I dislike the cockroaches.
