Working away from home My room was upgraded in which I was thankful for that but didn’t feel that was fair that I had a room specifically reserved but it was given to someone else but anyhow my stay was decent and quiet until the headboard fixture fell into the bed and had to wait 24 hrs to get it fixed. Definitely didn’t appreciate that. It was heavy and told to place in the closet. It was fixed but it shouldn’t had to propped up against the wall for it to fall on me. Upon check out the lady at the front desk was friendly and nice and very informational she made sure that my room was appropriate the only thing I didn’t like was the room floor was very sticky the size that it was amazing I like being in this area also it’s very convenient lots of restaurants

The lady at the front desk was really nice and helped my boyfriend and I easily get a room. They didn’t have what we anticipated twice, but it was only because we reserved last minute on Expedia. The first time, the room was messy, looked like someone was living in there. The second time, we told the lady and she kindly apologized and even checked the room before we went in it. Me booking again wouldn’t be likely. The room was huge and spacious. But the mattress, floor, and pillow cases had stains the blankets was also paper thin. Also one of the older ladies behind the desk was real snappy and seemed irritated when asked questions.
