The hotel elevator was not working properly,you had to walk down from 3rd floor but you could use the elevator to go up. No ice machines on premises,the rooms were clean and the bed was confortable.

Frustrating stay We reserved 2 rooms with a king and pull out couch. Only 1 room had a pull out. They had one luggage cart, which had a broken wheel. The 1 and 2 buttons on the elevator did not work- we had to get on elevator on 3rd floor and my husband went down the stairs to call the elevator so that we get get our luggage down. They said grab and go breakfast but had nothing out. We asked and they found granola bars for us and said they would have more food tomorrow. They did not. Not staying there First room was cleaned Had to wait in line to get a new room next room was not stocked Bathroom had nothing No soap, shampoo, No cups. Half roll of TP Called front desk No one came Ad said breakfast on the go Front desk said breakfast on the go til 9:30 Went down to the breakfast room Coffee only

The pull out mattress was stained with blood and urine. Some lights didn’t work, there was hair at bottom of tub, sinks didn’t drain, a window was broken and they taped the glass back together with scotch tape which my young daughter found, in general the hotel smells. I shared feedback with front desk and all she said was that she would share it with the manager. She didn’t care. The property was filthy, drawers in the hotel filled with cobwebs, sticky, damp floors, broken mirror, no countertop in the bathroom just a single dirty sink, doors looked like they had something gross splashed on them and the bathroom door didn't lock, filthy broken air vents, whole place stank of smoke, no breakfast was available at all, check-in took 15 minutes for no explainable reason, no laundry bags in room, no pen or paper in room, no glasses or plates despite being an extended stay, broken, filthy desk chair, I coul... read more

We had car trouble and we’re trying to get a tow truck we forgot to call and let them know. We got there a little after 11 pm and they told us they gave the room to someone else. We were lucky that we had somewhere to stay that night. In the morning we went back and they gave us the room that they said they gave to someone else. Very unhappy that we could have been in the room at 11:15 the night before. They still charged us for the night.
