no room got to the hotel and was informed that they did not have a room available for us. stated that hotels.com overbooked the hotel.

Dump The door was broken, the kitchen and the bathroom were filthy, there were no sheets for the pull out, no soap for sink or shower, and only two towels when we booked the room for five people!

Literally a trap house. Furniture all over the hallways. Loud music and partying going on all over the hotel

Cockroaches were free hotel was not Upon check in we were given three different rooms before finding a sufficient room for several nights. We had to check each one due to missing or non working items or smell. The room had a pest issue as well with cockroaches, keys not working sufficiently, shortage of fresh towels toiletries and service in general when we had a clog of which was reported both to front desk as well as maintenance on sight. The worst hotel conditions I've ever experienced. The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke. It wasn't clean and the furniture was old. My son didn't want to stay in the hotel so he stayed with friends in a nearby hotel. The service was bad. Will never stay in an Extended Stay hotel again. I'll sleep in my car first.

Parking lot felt unsafe. Lots of guests loitering at entrance smoking and consuming beverages. The entire hotel, including our room had a terrible odor. Carpet in our room had a huge hump from being laid improperly. Hair in sink and tub. Bloody fluid of some sort on the lampshade on bedside table. We did not even shower or fully undress due to the filth. This was my first experience with this hotel chain and I will never stay at this chain again given my initial experience.

Filthy, Peeling, Missing and full of holes I ended up not staying the full night. There were holes in multiple doors, the mirrior was gone, the bathtub was stained, the pillows had no pillowcases, and i pulled the bed sheet back and it was filthy. It looked like the mattress, and bed skirt had never been washed. It seemed as though this hotel has had many violent patrons, BUT no repairs were made. I was very disappointed and disgusted. Worst place ever This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and it says 5 people can stay in the type of room I was in but that was not true at all. The staff was horrible the food was old and nasty I would never stay here again!
