Absolutely terrible. Our room was filled with stained furniture and carpets. They only provided one towel. When we finally got more, they were stained and disgusting. We had a window with the glass shattered and they simply had a piece of paper on it reading “broken window.” Therefore there was exposed broken glass in the open.

Upon arrival we were told breakfast was grab n go the following morning- the check in person was very nice and polite. However, the next morning we went for breakfast and the front desk person (someone different) said we have no breakfast but maybe I can find you some oatmeal packets. Really?! Back to the room itself- it wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean. The smoke detector was gone and wires hanging out of the wall. The toilet seat was hanging off the toilet. Stay away from this unsafe place This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had to stay one night on our way to a soccer tournament. The place reeks of old cigarettes, the heater and appliances are so loud they wake you, and there were multiple arguments in the hallway that made my child and I feel unsafe. The front desk attendant was very nice, but no one did anything about the unruly guests. I paid too much for “this” kind of hotel. It was worse than a “pay by the hour” motel.

Worst place my family ever stays. Dirty ciuch and floors. 1 large towel for 4 people and terrible smell.
