Had trouble getting hot water in the room to take It was all right but they had no toilet paper I had to go out and buy my own toilet paper They had no ice machine Had trouble getting hot water in the room to take a shower the room was all right I guess

Terrible Facility was not clean. When we got to room there were no smoke alarms in the room. The rooms smelled terrible and there was an odor of weed througout the facility. Also we found a cockroach in the sink. Many of the guests there were very loud and unruly. The staff made no attemp to quiet anyone down either. When I went to the front for coffee one day there was excessive swearing coming from the front office area. Lastly the hot water for our shower was not set properly.

There was a homeless man in the lobby that approached us each time we entered. He had a bag of belongings in a garbage bag. He was also banging on room doors asking for a ride to other hotels.

There were roaches in my room. And the room phone didn’t work. The lagers abs cover was dirty. The front desk receptionist told me there was know one to help and I can just check out if I wanted to. After I had driven all the way from Arizona. My experience was horrific. The hotel it safe is very nasty, loud, and unsafe for children due to all the smoking and drinking that goes on.

Rooms not available We arrived at the hotel and the receptionist told us that they didn’t have a room for us because one floor was not usable and all the others were filled by long term clients. She explained that the hotel has told Hotels.com about the situation but it continues to try to book unavailable rooms. She said she tried to let us know but they couldn’t find a way to reach us. We had to find another hotel.
