At check-in, the man at the front desk was very passive and uninviting. The lighting to get to my room was very dark and the hallways smelled bad. The room was ok and it had a decent kitchen area that I did not use while I was there. The bed was comfortable but the walls were thin and it was loud. The area around the hotel has a lot of stores and restaurants. Overall it was an ok stay but I wouldn't come back again.

The power went out and they offered nothing the guest not even an apology

Gave away our confirmed room to a walk in. Begs the question how as to well hotels.com and merchants are communicating. On hold for several hours with hotels before being disconnected

The staff was very professional. It was a great place for the price point. The room was very clean. I highly recommend it for an affordable place to stay.
Non-smoking deposit scam I had booked, but when arriving was told by the desk staff there would be an extra charge to my card as a non-smoking deposit that they would refund in up to 35 days. No thanks, I won't ever look at extended stay again
