This is a nice property. Very comfortable and clean. The front desk clerk needs to have a course in excellent customer service. She was in her own world and very abrupt. I am sorry I interfered. This is an extended stay, so if you want a coffee pot in your room and any other kitchen item, you must ask for it.
Hotel was clean, felt safe and liked the room, plenty of space! Staff who checked us in was not very friendly but overall good stay.

Reservations Mean Nothing I made our reservation days in advance and paid through Hotels.com. When my husband and I got there after a long day of moving out of our house, the woman behind the desk said that all rooms were taken and it was “first come first served.” Then what’s the purpose of a reservation!!!? She told us that we could get a refund, but WE would have to contact hotels.com. She she said they could put us in another hotel.
