they lied I lost my ID and told them that I wanted to use a security code and they took my money and would not let me stay

We had an amazing experience during our 1 night stay. Ricky at the front desk was awesome, and he went out of his way to be helpful... I would totally book again!

They were supposed to be pet friendly and accommodate my wife and I with our service dog. They had us checked in but when they asked if we had a dog and I said yes, they said they had no more rooms that could accommodate pets, and turned us away!

I didn't like the surprise security deposit when i arrived. That should have been disclosured at the time of reservation.
How a three story hotel have no stairs, old musty carpet and I kept getting an awfully un secure feeling.
