Couldn’t checked in. Was sent to another extended stay and they didn’t check me in either. They did take the money from my account

Our first impression was “fair”: upon check-in we are informed of a $100 deposit requirement. The office staff was just short of friendly, strictly business atmosphere. The next morning we discovered the need to extend our stay another night. When I asked about the possibility with the morning “crew” the atmosphere was totally different. Very welcoming, informative, helpful and friendly. The hotel is starting to show it’s age, but clean and friendly beats new decorating every time!

Satisfied but not Happy I just needed a quick getaway to relax and get a good nights rest. The front desk clerk Kenya was extremely helpful knowledgeable and courteous especially when I didn’t understand why I had the do a $100 hold on my card. The rooms could us a little updating there were no ice trays in the freezer nor was there an ice machine on-site. There was literal trash allll on the floor when we first arrived. And the lightbulb in the bathroom was not working so I guess that means the bathroom couldn’t have been cleaned in room 218. But Alexis is a sweetheart at front counter & was a true pleasure!
