Angry They have me on the do not rent to list and I have never had any problems at the property. Do not smoke in the room, no disturbances, nothing broken and I always receive deposits back. I don't understand the reason why.

False advertisement as for amenities...there are none in room except bottle of water and popcorn, unless you call the empty box of condoms in the close an amenity. No breakfast, not even coffee.

they lied I lost my ID and told them that I wanted to use a security code and they took my money and would not let me stay

They were supposed to be pet friendly and accommodate my wife and I with our service dog. They had us checked in but when they asked if we had a dog and I said yes, they said they had no more rooms that could accommodate pets, and turned us away!

How a three story hotel have no stairs, old musty carpet and I kept getting an awfully un secure feeling.

The first room had not been cleaned since the last person was there, the 2nd room was clean, but we are senior citizens with 2 dogs and they put us on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. There was no coffee machine in the room. There was a lot of yelling in the hallway and yappy dogs and honestly as white people, we were not feeling very safe.
