Night clerk with stiff wig is rude Great stay although checking in was awful. Check in office is open 7am to 11pm you have to call the hotel after 11pm for someone to come down to desk. No notice telling you to call. I’m gonna cut straight to the point the night clerk with the stiff wig was very rude and sarcastic so my advice to any future customers avoid small talk with her.

Very nice and comfortable. Ladt was nice at front desk
Family stay We had an issue of switching payment but once it was clear things was moving along.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Was pleasantly surprised. I’ve stayed at similar priced hotels that were dirty and uncomfortable. Although I don’t think the $100 hold on a credit card is necessary. Would definitely recommend.

At check-in, the man at the front desk was very passive and uninviting. The lighting to get to my room was very dark and the hallways smelled bad. The room was ok and it had a decent kitchen area that I did not use while I was there. The bed was comfortable but the walls were thin and it was loud. The area around the hotel has a lot of stores and restaurants. Overall it was an ok stay but I wouldn't come back again.
