Don’t waste your money Rude staff. Even though we are in the covid time and it said they offered breakfast to go they did not. Not even coffee. Light was out in elevator and when I reported it the front desk lady said “well there’s nothing I can do, I just got here” . Had to go down and ask for glasses, it was all given in a plastic tote. Disposables have been better Than what was in the box. Kitchenette was rusty. Don’t waste your time it money here!

Never staying there again Staff was rude. Rooms were dirty. Air conditioning didn't work. It was hotter in my room then it was outside. There was an old chicken nugget on the floor in my room. Asked for pots and pans noticed that the handle was loose and the person at the front desk just rolled her eyes.

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Hotel is very dirty. Very smoky. I had a big roach on the kitchen floor and a baby one on the counter in the bathroom. Beds are not comfortable. The whole hotel needs redone. The check in lady ALEX needs not to argue with the customers, needs to be more helpful and tone her attitude down. Just watch the tape back on July 16 at around 2:00 PM. I will never stay at the hotel again. EVER. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Not enough of anything. Toilet paper and soap was scarce, no paper towels or dish detergent. The room was just not up to par for $200 per night.

Horrible 👎 Stayed at Extended Stay America in Jacksonville,NC Sat 06/27 The room had an AWFUL Old Musty smell don’t know if it’s the Old Carpet,Ild Curtains or Old Wood Dresser non the less it made it very uncomfortable & hard to sleep.... will never go back to that location.... very disappointed ☹️ They could have at least had coffee in the room since they closed the Continental breakfast due to COVID-19...

Never again. First room smelled like smoke, new room had roaches. I booked 3 nights and left the second day because of many roaches in the room.

When we first got there the computers weren't working so they told me we couldn't check in at that time. They asked for my phone number and said they would call me right when system came back up. 5 hours later and still no call, I tried to call them and they couldn't tell me anything over the phone. Finally got all checked 6 hours after we've been trying and there was no shampoo or any soap in our room. Plus all the vending machines were broken! Definitely won't be staying at anymore extended stay america hotels.
