When we first got there the computers weren't working so they told me we couldn't check in at that time. They asked for my phone number and said they would call me right when system came back up. 5 hours later and still no call, I tried to call them and they couldn't tell me anything over the phone. Finally got all checked 6 hours after we've been trying and there was no shampoo or any soap in our room. Plus all the vending machines were broken! Definitely won't be staying at anymore extended stay america hotels.

My 2 cents I guess you get what you pay for really but it’s definitely not the best. 54 a night for a pretty outdated and not the cleanest place, my best advice is throw another 20 with it and go elsewhere! The comfort suites across the road is far superior for 70 a night!

I requested a early checkin so u could get some rest from driving all night. I didn't get my room til 3:00. I was very upset

The lady at the front desk was not professional at all. She was rude to my aunt, rooms smell really bad. And i was not giving what I had reserved. When i book the rooms i requested 3 rooms with 2 queen side beds in each one. What i got was 2 rooms with queen beds, and 1 room with one queen bed and a small folded bed.

When they say free breakfast, it's only packaged muffins/granola bars and coffee from 6-9:30am. No exceptions. Our room keys were demagnetized 2x in 2 days and the place just smelled like strong chemicals all the time. Staff was not friendly. The website said 24hr front desk but when I came in at 3am after my flight was delayed, I had to call to get someone to come up and she looked like I just woke her up.
