Seedy neighborhood, feels unsafe The parking lot was alive with random people talking and/or smoking, just an overall seedy feel. There was a drunk guest at the front desk (with his glass of wine) asking me about my credit card, which you can imagine made me terribly uncomfortable. The desk clerk could obviously tell that I was trying to avoid this man and did nothing to dispel the situation. do not stay there There was noise,dust,paint smells,construction being done while they were open. There was not even a spoon with out requested .No tub or smoking room which I requested,no call or Email on this matter to let us no in advance.I would of looked for a diffrent hotel.

A little surprised First and foremost, the staff was very, very friendly and accommodating. However, the property is in need of soe serious repairs. The furniture was pretty beat up, scratched, broken, and worn out. Baseboard moulding loose and falling off. The tub didn't drain. Not what I would expect of an Extended Stay. If you're looking for a place to just crash then it's OK. Just don't look close.

Good Place For The Price Good place for a cheaper price range. Only real issue was the smell of smoke throughout the whole building, we did get a "non smoking" room but the room and hallways seemed to be filled with the ciggarette smell. However, it was nice to have a kitchen area in the room for a longer stay! I would recommend bringing some febreeze...

Bad stay!!!!!! Showers didn't drain, beds too hard, needs updated! Supposed to be like efficiency, but you had to ask for cooking and eating utensils!!!! No dishes, glasses, pots and pans, or silverware!!!

First roomi was put in had a terrible smell, like an animal lived in there! They couldn't change my room till next day after 3 it was only a 2 day stay. First time staying at a Extended Stay. Don't think i'll stay at another again!!

Needs some TLC I reserved a non-smoking room, received at smoking room because apparently they dont always give you what you reserve? Not happy. The shower did a poor job. The room reeked! No hair dryer. Just not a great deal for what you get. Stayed at a cheaper hotel in jville a couple weeks ago for $8 cheaper a night for a great room, good breakfast, and quality service. Not to mention i got the room i actually reserved.

rest weekend This hotel was designed to you stay at for longer periods of time; including a kitchen. However there were several notable problems with the room. First the overall cleanliness seem to lack any form of vacuuming. The showerhead from bath tub spicket was broken so that the spicket would not stay on in shower mode but had large amounts of water coming out of the bath tub spicket instead.
