Worst hotel I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I came to visit Jacksonville to see his friends and for me to enjoy the beach. Extended stay was the cheapest and nicest looking option. The first few nights were okay I guess. The pillows are like $2 pillows you'd get from Walmart, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The free breakfast is really just a cabinet full of muffins and coffee, extremely misleading. But on our 3rd night there we came home after dinner and there is a large cockroach on our curtains. Won't return Front Staff was lazy. Room was not clean. Idiot stealing do not disturb signs and staff did nothing. No reason to ever return. Better options all around.

Thus is a smoking hotel! I am allergic to cigarette smoke so I picked this hotel that calls itself a non smoking hotel but everyone there was smoking in their rooms and I came in through the vents. I had to call the front desk every day to ask them to stop but it was relentless!!! The staff is great and truly tried but it was bad. If I had not already booked a return visit I would not stay there again.....

They advertise breakfast but there is none. Not even tables and chairs at the hotel. No toiletries either and we found ourselves without shampoo and condicioner. Hallways are dirty and the room smelled bad. Worst hotel we've stayed at.

Needs some TLC The rooms smelled like smoke and it was obvious that the blankets and comforters are not washed between stays. The room was poorly clean (ex: hair in tub, stains on the floor) and the A/C does not distribute the air well in the room. This work for a quick trip in and out of Jacksonville.

The room was not very clean. When we first opened the fridge a cockroach was in the fridge and the room had a very weird smell to it.
