Bad experience checking in The hotel was ok, but I have to say I was quite upset after making prior reservations and checked into the hotel at 1am after a very long drive to get there. Their computer system was doing an audit when we arrived and the desk clerk could not check us in during this time. There was not a whole lot that the clerk could do, so we most certainly understood his position and after about 45 minutes the clerk was calling someone to assist with the computer audit taking so long. Terrible smelling hotel, horrible staff After arriving at the hotel, we waited in the lobby for close to 15 minutes. We called the front desk multiple times to no avail. Finally a guy showed up looking disheveled and smelling of cigarettes. Although we had made reservations online it still took another 10 minutes to check in. Once we finally got to our room, almost 30 minutes after arriving at the hotel with our one and three year old children, the room smelled worse than the rest of the hotel. Nice hotel but lacks attention to details Room was nice but a few small issues. Toilet was soiled from being used, shower was dirty used soap on ledge of shower, The room has a refrigerator but was not able to use after going for groceries due to it being shut off and there was a bad odor inside it. Spoke with staff he came turned it back on but i had to shut off because it was making a continues loud noise. Room was not cleaned was told they dont have turn down service.

Horrid front desk person + bugs We checked in late night, for this was a last minute trip. The front desk person did not make eye contact, barely answered any of my questions and was not available when we came downstairs 5 minutes later to exchange rooms. The initial room had roaches or some kind of water bug. We took a picture and went downstairs to the front desk. We called and looked around for the attendant for 45 minutes. No daily house keeping. No fresh towels. The room was just OK. The thing that really seemed to define the trip was the fact that in order to get fresh towels, we had to put ours in a bag and bring them down to the front desk, whereupon we were "issued" new towels. Personally, I would never stay there again.

Visiting a marine The hotel wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. For the three days that I stayed there, the housekeeper did not come once to clean up at all. Never going to this hotel again or recommendating it anyone at all. They even double charged me on my credit card.

Crap no pool skimpy breakfast!! No refund, clean every 7 days! Breakfast is a apple and granola bar. Loud as well

Charges diferentes prices to the provider, sell cleaning serivices, no cafeteria, Internet slow but the sell a high Internet on side. For that a rater go to better and high hotel.

Double charge hard time getting money back I paid for this hotel on Expedia. When I checked out they charged me AGAIN( did they not see that I had already paid not to mention I made it crystal clear upon checking in!!!!) . They money they charged me 'will take 7 to 10 business days to credit back' called my bank and there is NO transaction by this hotel crediting the funds back. Called hotel mgr, Meagan and told her what my bank needs to credit the funds sooner rather that waiting the 10 days. She didn't seem very interested... read more
