Double charge hard time getting money back I paid for this hotel on Expedia. When I checked out they charged me AGAIN( did they not see that I had already paid not to mention I made it crystal clear upon checking in!!!!) . They money they charged me 'will take 7 to 10 business days to credit back' called my bank and there is NO transaction by this hotel crediting the funds back. Called hotel mgr, Meagan and told her what my bank needs to credit the funds sooner rather that waiting the 10 days. She didn't seem very interested... read more
Waste of time I wrote a long review for this place previously, but for some reason it was refused. So I'll make it fast this time ... dog urine in the elevator, no coffee, no cream, old fruit, unattended front desk, unreliable satellite tv, few tv choices, cheap cheap cheap...
Stay Some Where Else Don't waste your money. My AC was not working and the man working at the front desk could care less. He was rude. The beds were hard. When I pulled back the sheets i seen a lot of hair. I will never stay there again.
Did update to the hotel The room smelled like a bar, dirty carpet, toilet after flush sounded like a train was crossing thru. Bed sheets smelling like they haven been wash in weeks.
Bottom lining I've managed several hospitality businesses. And one of my favorite sayings (because I said it) is this: "focus on the people and their wallets will follow them in; focus on the wallets and the people will turn away". There seems to be a new focus on the business bottom line. I say this for two reasons. 1) I had never had to request kitchen utensils or dishware before. Poor would never stay there again
Not the best experience... Non-smoking room stunk of smoke; all my clothes carried the odor home. Floors dirty. Had to beg for clean towels. Sink leaking. A/C unit poor.
Smelly room Room smelled I could not sleep good as allergies kicked in
