Waste of time I wrote a long review for this place previously, but for some reason it was refused. So I'll make it fast this time ... dog urine in the elevator, no coffee, no cream, old fruit, unattended front desk, unreliable satellite tv, few tv choices, cheap cheap cheap...

Stay Some Where Else Don't waste your money. My AC was not working and the man working at the front desk could care less. He was rude. The beds were hard. When I pulled back the sheets i seen a lot of hair. I will never stay there again.

Bottom lining I've managed several hospitality businesses. And one of my favorite sayings (because I said it) is this: "focus on the people and their wallets will follow them in; focus on the wallets and the people will turn away". Business response:

Thank you for your recent review of your stay. Please know that we are sincerely sorry that our grab-and-go breakfast and new dish policy was not up to your expectations. We no longer keep dishes in guest rooms for sanitary purposes; however, these items are available upon request at the front desk. To uphold our company’s high standards, we will work to make sure that we are providing our guests with a positive experience. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, o... read more

Not the best experience... Non-smoking room stunk of smoke; all my clothes carried the odor home. Floors dirty. Had to beg for clean towels. Sink leaking. A/C unit poor.

Seedy neighborhood, feels unsafe The parking lot was alive with random people talking and/or smoking, just an overall seedy feel. There was a drunk guest at the front desk (with his glass of wine) asking me about my credit card, which you can imagine made me terribly uncomfortable. The desk clerk could obviously tell that I was trying to avoid this man and did nothing to dispel the situation. She said our room number out loud in front of the drunk guest, which made me even more uncomfortable. Throughout the night there were ... read more
