After recent stays at the candle wood across the street we though since it was cheaper to try the extended stay, it took the hotel clerk 25 minutes to check us in because the computer kept freezing. I had a tired toddle on one hip who just wanted to take a nap. I understand a slow computer and was patient but then once she finally checked us in and I ran to the car to get bags I came back in where the clerk waved us over frantically while she was on the phone and told me she checked us into the wrong room. Wouldn't recommend it The room was musty and dirty

Cut Extended Stay Short Cut our stay by one day and moved to another hotel. No hot water! After I mentioned to front desk on day of check out they then informed me that someone had been working on the broiler to fix....was not fixed during my stay. Asked for 2 extra pillows from front desk clerk and received. Both pillows had hair all over them. Must be very limited maid service cause never saw anyone except front desk people. Thanks for opportunity to reply.

I think being charged for a roll away bed is crazy. This is the only hotel I heard of that charged for them. Also I had to ask for a hair dryer. The walls are real thin. I heard the entire conversation of the people next door and they weren't yelling.

Room was horrible The room was supposed to be a non-smoking rooms but when we opened the door the smoke smell was strong. I went to put drinks in the refrigerator and there was an opened can of red bull in it. The stove top had hardened food on it. The bed was hard as a rock. Then in the bathroom there was a huge water bug. Thank goodness it was dead. We will not stay at this hotel again.
