Great Hotel Hotel.com did not get my reservation over on time. Had to wait an hour to check in because my reservation was not in the system. However Tiffany at the front desk was amazing. She got us squared away and check on us several times to make sure everything was okay.

Pretty Quite and Worth the Money. Not a Bad Stay. Went for a family function, so i was only there to sleep. Front desk staff were polite, even let us check in an hour early. Room was not out of a 5 star hotel but comfortable and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Gross The night staff was amazing. She's friendly and courteous. However, my room was not ready. She told me to wait do she can vacuum my room. I was tired, and I asked if I can just get a ready room. She said no, unless I want to pay for an upgrade. So I waited for my roomyup be cleaned. I finally got my room and it smelled horrid. Curry and animal stench I think. The toilet had a stain in the middle of seat. I cleaned it with the bar of soap. I was tired. I crashed in bed . I stayed at extended stay before. stay away The entire hotel was extremely dirty. The pullout couch had a twin mattress for full couch frame. Was told nothing could be done. There were no towels or sheets in room. The kitchen had nothing in it you have to request everything. For a non smoking hotel there was a lot of smoking of going on and not just cigarettes the entire place just stunk! We couldn't leave fast enough. Got a refund and went down the street to the Marriott. Spend the extra money save your self the hassle.

Needs better management and more staff Hotel is way under staffed. During my stay I personally had problems along with several other people staying. One guy booked a room ahead and waited almost an hour at the front desk while no one was there to check into his room. Rooms were not very clean. Popsicle was still in freezer, my son pulled out someone clothing that was left behind from the pull out couch. Requested another room or to be cleaned neither happened. Good value Good price, room could have been cleaner. Shower water wasn't hot enough. Pull-out mattress was stained. Had to ask for linens.
