The staff was exceptional! The hotel however sucked! We had no phone and it was broke when we finally got one. Our cooktop was broken and we ended up having to change rooms. We couldn't get enough sheets,blankets or dishes because they didn't have enough. Everything was old. Someone took the luggage cart and left it in the parking lot with tennis shoes and a hotel pillow on it. They brought the cart in eventually but left the pillow and tennis shoes there. Love how clean, updated, & home feeling it is. Although keep the kind of staff they have here & ya won’t be having much business!!! TheManager especially was the rudest!!!!! Felt unwelcomed!!!

Fairly comfy, and clean Nicer extended stay. More expensive than other ESA hotels.

Not too thrilled I was there for my daughter's wedding . The 1st room was horrible the moved us to a 2nd room where the room was better but the sheets were stained. I went go ask for more sheets upon leaving the room and they didn't have any. The person on duty actually washed some sheets and had them ready upon my return later that night.
