The room was nice but was not cleaned my second day

2 Day weekend Staff was friendly. Room and bathroom clean and neat. AC quiet and working. No issue parking our trailer. TV no issue. After reading bad reviews I was worried but did not experience problems. Ground floor room. I would rebook here as the location was great. Many food choices close by.

Big rooms close to shopping The room was dusty not good for a wife with allergies. The maintenance man came and wiped down the whole room. The breakfast was very limited but the coffee was good. The rooms have stoves so cooking is allowed which made the halls smelly.

Manager? The hotel is in a good spot. The service very bad. When I arrived, I was told that I would be "upgraded" from a queen to a room with two beds. Neither bed was the size of a queen. I had to argue to get what I paid for. In the night, and in the morning, the front desk was empty. After a few minutes, the attendant appeared. Her behavior was acceptable and she explained that the manager is supposed to cover while she performs other functions essential to the hotel.
