Manager? The hotel is in a good spot. The service very bad. When I arrived, I was told that I would be "upgraded" from a queen to a room with two beds. Neither bed was the size of a queen. I had to argue to get what I paid for. In the night, and in the morning, the front desk was empty. After a few minutes, the attendant appeared. Good enough Typical business traveler lite. Not terrible, not great; but the couch in the room was broken down and there was no desk chair. This contrasted unfavorably with another recent visit where the room was really quite nice.

False Advertisment Place is very nice; However, although the promore their service as free breakfast there is no such service. Empty colffe pots very disapointing when everything else seemed to be in its place.
