I knew I would be checking in late to this property so I called ahead in the afternoon and let them know that I would be arriving around midnight and to confirm my reservation. They assured me that I was confirmed for a king suite as booked. Disgusting Horrible the room was dirty and tub did not work

This was the first Extended Stay property that was disappointing. The only reason we stayed is because we had our dog and had a long trip. The woman at the front desk was fantastic. She showed us the room before giving it to us and made the adjustments needed. Hoping this place can get it together. It needs paint job, new furniture, new carpets and bathroom updates.

Nice and Quiet Our stay was for hospital reasons and I must say quiet, clean and the front desk helpers were just that helpful. I didn't understand why our dishes and cook supplies were not in the room, but I do now and it is not the same at all locations.

Had to get our dishes from the front desk after checking in, did not offer them when we arrived. Bed sucked for comfort -had dishwasher with no soap, even a little packet would have worked instead you had to buy a bottle at the store for 1/2 days. No cleaning service because we were only there for 4 days, had to use the same towel

Dont think twice, choose elsewhere. This was the most disgusting room ever! Stains on the pull out couch mattress as well as the King mattress. Toilet had 'stuff' in it. Absolutely no soap or shampoo in the room. Windows had hand prints all over. And the stench...unbelievable! We left immediately.
