The bed was comfortable and air conditioner was good, the carpet was dirty, outdated appliance and need updated plumbing. Inconveniences check in and out. Maintenance not available after hours, no rolling cart available

The cleaning was really bad it was hairs all over the shower looks super dirty and the room smells like pee

Bathroom was filthy and there were still dirty wash clothes in the shower from previous people. I was moved to a new room and the new room also had a dirty bathroom and the pillow cases were dirty. I am very upset. Extended stay is not wanting to give me a refund. I did not end up staying there and I left. It was disgusting.

Unsatisfactory We came to a family function and never got told we had to pay another 100.00 and get it back with in 30 days. got there had to take our own linen to our room in a garbage bag..Thought we was getting 2 beds and got a pull out bed that all u felt were the springs when laying in it.Took a elevator and there was blood droplets in elevator floor and on first floor getting off elevator..Very loud and running in hall ways.Thank god it was only one nite..

There was mold in the bathroom and the smell of mold was in the whole hotel. We also found a cockroach. The room was very rundown.

I liked the location. I did not like the selection of items for breakfast that there was not any eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal and milk, fresh fruit, juices, or hash browns. I did not like that there were no cook ware, utensils, ice trays, and other kitchen supplies already available in the kitchen. I did not like that I requested ice trays and never received any. The mattress on the pull out had a green stain on it. The 2 other beds are definitely worn out. The room has a damp smell to it. We were going stay another night but cause of these reasons we switched Hotels.
