Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Some maintenance items require attention. Had to move rooms because a window would not close then when moved to a new room the TV remote did not work.

Won’t return to any extended stay America ever This hotel is mediocre. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. My main problem was beyond the staff’s control. I had tiny ants constantly crawling out of the sink and thus all over the counter. The blanket was too thin so it was cold even with the ac on at 74 degrees. I ended up using a towel as an extra blanket. I couldn’t turn the ac higher because the room began to smell so not sure if that’s the carpet.
