Too many guests hanging around property drinking The hotel front desk agents were absolutely amazing. The hotel property had a lot of people hanging out and drinking near the side entrance which made it quite uncomfortable for my family and I. The room was okay except for the fridge which was rusted all throughout the inside.

Disappointed Had to come to Jacksonville to take care of some business. It was only a one night stay but to tell the truth I wouldn't stay at this Extended Stay anymore.

Room cleanliness is an issue. Dark bathroom, burned out bulbs, sticky floor... Plaster damaged... Just tired and dingy

It was location that brought me here. The staff was very nice and very fast however the outside conditions from the trash being in front of the doors to the hallways being very hot in the rooms seem to be hotter even with the air conditioner on. Sketchy people outside the entire time that I walked in and out the hotel but for an overnight stay it was decent it could use a great bit of updating and a nicer smell

Friendly & Helpful Staff This was our first time to stay in a Extended Stay America. We had the best treatment from the staff. The rooms were great! We will most certainly being staying with you guys in the future. Thank you for a wonderful & stress free experience.

No pool and the hand soap was crap. I asked for extra towels but never got them. Otherwise, no real complaints
