Only 1 person could take a shower because the tub took 2 hrs to drain. Air conditioner was extremely loud, carpet was stained. Over all very dark and drab. Also the security deposit had to be made as a separate transaction with a 7 day hold

First of all there was no elevator from one floor to the other supposed that a fire broke out there was lil children in the rooms what would happen to them i cannot even imagine .

Roaches were crawling into our stuff and us. Had to leave early.

Rude Staff. Housekeepers knock door at 10am The housekeepers knock on your door at 10am when check out is not until 11am. Staff was rude.

The front desk on Monday morning about 9am was extremely rude and unprofessional, hope she never at a front desk ever again. Apparently she was on the cleaning clue but she was running the desk on that day. I’m desabale and she made me go up and down several times, as if it was a joke for her.
