I did stay because I wasn't informed that on top of the room fee that I booked on Expedia there is also a large deposit per adult due at the same time.

Rude/Nasty front desk Amy Booked room for double bed and got room for a queen. Immediately called and said they will not into it. Never got a call in 10 minutes which front desk Amy was very rude and have no care. Tried to make it seem I was in the room for hours then started assisted other people instead of me when I advised I had an Uber outside waiting. Like hotel but horrible experience

Charged a $100 deposit to my credit card. Im to get that back on check out. Makes no sense. Are they going to make me wait until they check out the room for damages? I think not so whats the point?
