This is not the Same Extended stay from years past This is not the Same Extended stay from years past, This used to be a hidden gem , so when I saw the price per night fee I was getting the room for , I jumped on the opportunity. but now now its like its been run down. they charge you an extra 100 deposit fee if you don't book through them directly. and a daily parking fee. the whole experience was janky to say the least. and on top of everything else. all during the day and night there suspicious looking characters hanging ... read more

It was just ok, I mean what the broucher shows and tell you. I didnt get all that.

Reeks of smoke, dogs barking, unsafe The floor was stained, the room reeked of smoke even though I selected a non-smoking room. There was a dog barking non stop in someone's room down the hall. There were very suspicious persons hanging around in front of the hotel and it appeared they were engaging in illegal activities. I didn't feel safe or sanitary and our clothes smelled even for the 10 minutes we were inside. The pictures online must be from years ago- this hotel looks NOTHING like what is pictured. Pick another hotel I have stayed at many Extended Stays in the past and I must admit this was the first time I have been disappointed. I always choose to stay at this particular hotel due to the small kitchen with everything I need to cook in my room. This particular Extended stay has a full kitchen, but none of the usual glasses, dishes or pots normally in the room. The kitchen was totally useless without anything to cook with. Very disappointed (It was all my fault cuase I didn't express my roon viewing with the staff)Well I never stayed at an extended stay and it was horrible but I sucked it up. There was hair all over the bed pillow and in the tub bugs crawling around I was completely disgusted with my stay there.

too many.extra charges they charge for parking and getting your room cleaned...i thought that's what the housekeepers were there to do everyday

If there is nothing else Hotel is very basic. The room was not Clean an you would hope Breakfast consisted of generic oatmeal packs and stale individually wrapped bulk muffins Area is very schetchy

Very Disappointed I ended up not staying. I arrived at 5:30 to find they gave my room away. All they had left was a room with a single bed. There is no way my teenage daughter and I could share a single bed. I was furious. I don't know if I'll book through Hotels.com again. I will certainly never go back to that hotel. never had this happen before but I don't travel much so I don't know if this is common. Why bother with a reservation if they don't have a room for you.
