Business Don't go to this hotel!!! I woke up to a cockroach in my room...terrible. When I mentioned it to the lady at the desk all she said was "Oh you had a visitor". No surprise that it happened or apology.

Customer is not always right. If all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night, then it works, but if you want someone to care go somewhere else. The staff attitude was short. Problems were not handled well. Laundry vending machines were not working, but no sign was put up so you lost your money (I wasn't the first person to tell them their machines were not working). They were willing to refund you, but not willing to give up a 1/2 cup of laundry soap. I was told to go next door to the gas station in the morning. I was to... read more

Unable to Cancel DOUBLE paid, not likely to use Or Not likely to use Orbitz to double pay for a room with no way to cancel

Cockroaches were our unexpected roommates We didn't like sharing our room with cockroaches. The hotel staff didn't act like it was a surprise and it was very disgusting to stay here. The dishes they gave us came in storage containers which should have tipped us off to something being wrong. Will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Hotel Room and Corridor smells bad and also noticed Cockroaches in the the room

not on part with other locations due to construction this location was difficult for me to find; neighborhood offered NO amenities that I could see. only elevator smelled so poorly that I suggested having people smoke in it to mask the stench. adding to me experience, some of the counter tops were sticky and not my hairs in the tub and sheets.

room had a smell to it like smoke. not will lite, I paid for my stay online with Expedia and when i checked in i was charged another $6.00 a day for parking.
