Poor room, bathroom had no handles to hold on The breakfast was a stand up area in front of the front desk. Breakfast was was coffee, sugar etc, cremora and small muffins NO milk, no Juice. Had oatmeal packages but no HOT water nor hok milk for it....Just horrible. Not what I expected from Extended Stay America. I just stayed in Orlando and it was great!

The hotel was very busy when we arrived and there was only one representative working at the front desk. She was very calm and friendly even though approximately ten guests were waiting to check in to the hotel. When we arrived in our room here were some dead roaches on the floor of the room. We notified the supervisor on duty and were told that the pest control agent had recently sprayed the property. We vacuumed the room and left to see some of the city. Not my favorite place. Need something, anything, serve yourself. I was expecting to use the kitchen area, the stove wasn’t working at all, refrigerator worked but it looked so run down, I use the microwave but it wasn’t warming up enough. No utensils in the kitchen at all, you have to ask for them and bring them yourself to your room. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, parking will cost you extra 6 bucks per night. We stop there with my son and wife, we haven’t sleep the entire night, there was like construction company guys drinking, smoke a mariguana on the hallway all night, I did talk to the front desk and they talk me that they can’t do anything about..
Not happy We had a pet room and it was musty and damp. The smell was awful.

It was a noisy dated hotel, particularly late at night Also looked a little short staffed at check in. Charged extra for parking, so greater than what hotel.com showed me would be charged.
The building had a funny smell which we looked past. 3 guest was changing rooms due to bed bugs. The 2nd floor is covered with them. Our room wasnt clean enough to walk on. Then the room we was changed to had more bed bugs. We left the build and i dont know how i am getting my money back.
