Smelled and had cockroaches Horrible service and the room smelled horrible and we saw cockroaches immediately and chose to leave.

Smelled clean but was not clean... We walked in to a room that smelled of cleaning products but was not very clean. The bathroom still had hair in the shower and on the floor. The kitchen area was outdated and discolored and looked dirty. It was ok to sleep in for a night but I'm thankful we didn't have to stay longer.

Not up to snuff Overall not impressed, although staff was friendly.

Alternate Hotel due to reservations While the furnishings and decor were outdated, there were surprises with each day. The breakfast area was almost non-existent, and more disappointing was the extra charge to park a car in an open surface lot. I have never had a hotel of this grade charge to park outside in an open surface lot. Not good Not so good. Staff was friendly but honestly the environment was cheap. I did not feel it was worth the money we paid for the night. I really had trouble falling asleep that night... I was all night looking forward to check out.

Immediately upon entering my room I could smell mold. It was only in the kitchen area, though. The air conditioner did not work, either. So the room never dropped below 74. It's a shame because I have stayed here before for work and never had an issue. But this was a real mess this time.

No cleaning service for four days?! I couldn't even get a soap or a new towel! Terrible services. Can't go back again
