Good location, okay hotel Hotel is okay, $5 parking fee, breakfast consists of coffee, bars, and oatmeal packets, location is good-in walking distance to good restaurants/bars

Bug infested Hotel Booked 2 nights never stayed in an Extended Stay Hotel before, had no idea about them. Woke up to bugs in the room on the bedspread, countertop and bathroom. Roaches in the hall. Complained to reception and offered us another room on 2nd Floor. went out to car to find handle broken where someone had obviously tried to break into car. Didn't stay the 2nd night.

affordable and outdated I was alittle surprised when I arrived and the front desk staff was not available and I had to call a number to get service. I did not know about the $5.00 parking as well.

OH NO THE ROOM WAS OK I KILLED 3 ROACHES LEFT ONE FOR EVIDENCE, THE KITCHEN FAUCET LEAKS, THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR WAS HARD TO CLOSE I WAS ON THE THIRD FLOOR IT WAS VERY NOISY LATE AT NIGHT, LOTS OF KIDS THE BATH TOWELS WERE FRAYED SHOULD BE REPLACED WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO UPGRADE THE ENTERTAINMENT THE TVS ARE HORRIBLE TO WATCH

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon checking in, we had to pay upfront, we had no toiletries, and the nonsmoking room wreaked of old smoke. Service was terrible with NO housekeeping the entire 6 nights. Plus, we had to request and go get our own new towels at the front desk. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Better and cheaper options near by.

Horrible Stay! I was highly disappointed with this hotel. The biggest issue was that we had ROACHES in our room! They were first spotted in the bathroom and then in the area were the beds were and then all by the door to the room. It was so bad that we had to check out of the hotel and go find another one in the middle of the night. The hotel staff at the front desk didn't seem surprised or appalled when we reported this which made me believe this is not a new discovery. We were offered another room but we declined. Hotel is a dump. I booked through Expedia and when I went to check in they made me put a $100 deposit down. They said that is standard when you use a third party vendor. First time I've ever had that issue. Secondly the towels are super thin. Have fun trying to dry yourself off after a shower with those. Thirdly the noise. Too much to tell without getting into details. The room we were staying in was infested with Bugs (Cockroaches). Unfortunately we didn't find out until early in the morning after we arrived. It was too late to get another room so early in the morning. It was very difficult to find another room at the last minute. We did find one at the Hyatt but paid a much higher rate for it. Was just glad to be out of there.
