The appliances were very outdated. The room had a bad odor, and there were stains on the bathroom floor and ceiling.

Disgusting I have never stayed at this chain, maybe I didn’t know what to expect. Was looking for a room close to Baptist General Hospital. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. Beds unmade, bottles on the floor, appeared to have been occupied. They gave us another room and the keys didn’t work. Once we got in the room, cockroaches in the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN! Should have spent the extra $ and stayed at the Hampton Inn next door.

Property very barebones . Our door wouldn’t latch thus leaving our valuables unsecured we were told there were no maintenance people on the weekend .. Not good The morning of check out there was a man passed out on the hall floor in front of a room . I was told I would have a receipt e mailed to me . I have yet to see it . The staff was very nice I guess they were working with what they had . We will not return

The room smelled of mildew or urine or both. There was no toilet paper. The bedsheets weren't super clean, and the mattress underneath them was horrifically stained with God knows what.

The room stunk bad. Breakfast is a joke if you call it that. Overall won't stay here again.

The room had Roaches!! What else is there to say, little uninvited guests in my room, very uncomfortable, highly upset, need to improve housekeeping tactics.

1.Elevator broken...my room was 3rd fl. 2.Prostitutes in the parking lot harassing customers because the John dumped them there. 3. No services available to connect electronics. 4.Marijuana fumes throughout the 3rd fl. 5. Dog barking every 1/2 hour. 6. No coffee at the continental breakfast. (No one made anymore once it ran out) 7. All the vending machines broken. We were told to walk to the BO Gas station 2 blocks away.

It was only ok.Considering the price it was a little disappointing.What kind of hotel has efficiencies without anything to cook with or eat on.Its not like people are going to travel with that kind of stuff. No ice machines?????? Never been to anykind of hotel without ice. No elevator?? No pool? so I paid 147 for a room with a hard bed.
